Owen Burnett is probably the only living person that Xanatos trusts. Efficiency personified, Owen will do anything from leading Xanato's troops to opening his mail. Owen has no ambitions of his own and fades easily into the woodwork - just the way Xanatos likes it.
Captain Maria Chavez
Captain of Detectives in Elisa's precinct, Maria Chavez is Elisa immediate Superior and friend. Tough but fair, Maria is a good boss but a bit guarded. After all, you don't get to her level at her relatively young age by being a softie.
