The Good Guys
Goliath
A strong and fierce warrior, Goliath is also a thinker and philosopher who seeks truth and acts with compassion. Knowing that humans fear what they do not understand, Goliath accepts his role as twentieth century Gargoyle leader with caution. With courage and the wisdom of centuries, Goliath teaches his band of warriors- and himself-how to survive in the strange new world.
Hudson
Once clan leader, veteran Hudson now acts as Goliath's advisor. He may have passed his warrior prime, but in battle, Hudson is as fierce as ever. The lest adaptable of the Gargoyles, Hudson struggles to understand modern life and finds he can learn what he needs to know form a chair in front of a TV set with a remote control.
Bronx
Bronx gives "bad dog" a whole new meaning. In a fight, this Gargoyle beast has jaws and claws powerful enough to rip anything apart. And if it means defending his master, Goliath, Bronx will do it. Gut even though Bronx can be vicious when provoked, underneath his tough hide he's a Gargoyle's best friend.
Brooklyn
Yearning to be a great leader someday, Brooklyn still has many miles to go on his warrior journey. Fast and impetuous, Brooklyn is often too eager for excitement and conflict- a dangerous trait on the New York streets. Usually, he can escapes unharmed- often with the help of his fellow Gargoyles. Fascinated by the modern world, Brooklyn will try anything- even riding a motorcycle.
Broadway
Proud of the size and bulk that are his major defenses, Broadway accepts himself for who he is. The formidable warrior also like excitement and adventure. if there's action, count on Broadway to appear- if he hasn't stopped for a snack. After all, a growing warrior must eat to keep up his strength.
Lexington
Driven by curiosity, Lexington creates weaponry from the odd things he finds in the streets. Lexington is mesmerized by 20th century inventions- and is even more fascinated with taking things apart to see how they work. One problem he often doesn't take the time to put the gadgets back together.
Elisa Maza
New York City Police Detective Elisa Maza won't accept things at face value. That why Elisa gets along with Goliath. She sees the honorable individual and not the "monster." Elisa can take care of herself, but sometimes she's impulsive and takes chances. Somehow, through her own wits or the Gargoyles' help, Elisa manages to land on her feet.
